Sangeet at Britton Manor

We loved supporting Hari and Shreeya for their multi-day North Carolina Indian Wedding at Britton Manor. Britton Manor is a dream venue to work with for Raleigh wedding planners. The weekend began with a colorful welcome party and Sangeet on the front lawn of Britton Manor. Guests gathered under a clear top tent and we brought in bright garden party colors. Pops of fuchsia, turquoise, and green added playful energy throughout the tent. As guests moved between dance performances and conversation, the crystal chandeliers and bold florals created a lively setting. The mocktail menu included A chilled mango lassi and other classic South Asian beverages.

Indian Wedding Ceremony in North Carolina

Their Marathi wedding ceremony was under a sail cloth tent on the back lawn of Britton Manor. Family traveled across the globe to attend. Therefore, the tent provided a covered atmosphere for guests to stay warm. With the unpredictable weather in the Spring in North Carolina, we had to work with the rental company to secure additional climate control for the special day. Luckily, Party Reflections and Carolinas in Tents Events were able to collaborate to provide everything we needed. These hiccups are why it is so wonderful to have a full service wedding planner on your side when it comes to supporting completely outdoor backyard weddings in the south!

The family selected an orange color palette for their attire, which brought warmth and vibrancy to the ceremony. At the center of the tent, a lush green and white Mandap served as the focal point. The structure had greenery, full white blooms, and intentional texture that created a dramatic yet elegant backdrop for the vows. With the sail cloth tent filtering natural light and the bold family colors contrasting with the fresh florals, the entire ceremony felt grounded in culture and rich with meaning.

Indian Wedding Cocktail Hour & Reception

On Saturday evening, guests went to front steps of Britton Manor for cocktail hour. We helped curate a setting that highlighted the estate’s architecture. As evening fell, the celebration continued under a clear top tent, where dinner and dancing brought the weekend to life. The tent showed off the North Carolina night sky while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere with tent heaters. DJ Illest, an iconic DJ, drummer, and beatboxer out of Chicago, brought down the house with an unstoppable dance party to end the night. Britton Manor is a very popular wedding venue in Raleigh. And this celebration showed how they are well equipped to host a wedding can honor tradition while feeling personal and unforgettable.
