The latest trend of glasshouse, solarium, and greenhouse wedding venues is what modern couples are looking for. Glass atrium and greenhouse venues in the Southeast offer a cool girl vibe with natural light that makes for a great photo every time. And we can’t forget our favorite part – climate control! It’s no secret that weddings here in the South can get a little ~sweaty~. With this new popular venue style, we don’t have to sacrifice the natural beauty of our region for our guests’ comfort!

1. The Glass House Wedding Venue at Nichols Heir (Sevierville, Tennessee)

The Glass House at Nichols Heir is located in Sevierville, TN. It offers 2,000 square feet of floor-to-ceiling glass walls, surrounded by native trees and amazing views of the Tennessee smoky mountains. We love that it is shaded and beautifully tucked away into the trees. For couples who want a wedding in the Great Smoky Mountains, this venue is for you!

2. Morning Glory Farm Greenhouse Wedding Venue (Monroe, North Carolina)

Just outside Charlotte, Morning Glory Farm is a garden-style estate with stone walls, natural greenery, and southern whimsy. This venue is perfect for a luxury wedding where the couple wants to feel at home on a ranch-style estate right in Charlotte, NC. This family run property perfectly blends natural beauty while also creating a blank slate for each wedding.

3. The Little Chapel at Haven Ridge Solarium (Winston-Salem, North Carolina)

The Little Chapel at Haven Ridge was ahead of the trends when they installed their unique green solarium on their family’s property in Winston Salem. The custom-built chapel on the property hails from the family’s roots in Scotland. Meanwhile, the greenhouse wedding venue nearby creates insane wow-factor for your guests. As a result, this venue books up very quickly. So don’t hesitate if you have your eye on this ornate, green glasshouse!

4. The Conservatory at Blackberry Ridge (Trenton, Georgia)

The Conservatory at Blackberry Ridge is in North Georgia near the border of Tennessee. It is a glass conservatory built with Italian glasswork and French-inspired design. This venue has become extremely popular for celebrities, influences, and locals alike. This is also a great location if you live in Tennessee. It is just a short drive from Chattanooga!

5. Stone Haven Glass Atrium (Section, Alabama)

Stone Haven is an old-world European modern glass conservatory overlooking the hidden beauty of Alabama. The venue’s stonework, arches, and incredible ownership make it ideal for a luxury wedding in Alabama. While this venue is somewhat new, it has already become incredibly popular and often booked out months and years ahead of time!

6. The Oasis at Hotel Bardo (Savannah, Georgia)

7. The Conservatory at The Market at Grelen (Somerset, Virginia)

We are so excited to see the latest addition to the Market at Grelen’s property coming in April, 2027! The Conservatory at Grelen is a European inspired greenhouse wedding venue located in the foothills of Virginia. This new build on the property replaces their existing tented location. As a result, guests booking their wedding at Grelen will enjoy climate control and an elevated experience beyond what this reputable venue already offered.
